Shipping Regions
Zaurelle currently ships across India. International delivery will be introduced in alignment with the house’s expansion — deliberately, and on its own terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing timelines may extend during periods of high demand or new collection releases.
A confirmation will be issued once the order has been processed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery within India is as follows — metro cities within 5–7 business days; all other regions within 7–10 business days.
Timelines may vary depending on logistics conditions, location accessibility, or courier operations. Zaurelle does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, prior to order confirmation.
The house may, at its discretion, extend complimentary shipping on select orders.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be issued containing tracking information. Delivery progress may be monitored directly through the courier service.
Delivery Responsibility
Accurate shipping information must be provided at the time of purchase. Zaurelle is not liable for delays arising from incorrect details, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond the house’s control.
All orders are dispatched with care. Responsibility for accurate receipt lies with the party placing the order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Should a package appear delayed or lost in transit, the Zaurelle Concierge may be contacted for assistance. The house will coordinate directly with the logistics partner to investigate and resolve the matter.
