Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final.

Where does Zaurelle deliver?

Zaurelle currently delivers across India. International expansion will follow in alignment with the house's growth.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within India is fulfilled within 7 - 10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on location and logistical conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Are returns accepted?

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Can an item be exchanged?

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Requests must be initiated within the return window and directed through the Zaurelle Concierge.
