Returns & Exchange
Zaurelle holds each piece to a defined standard before it leaves the house. Should an issue arise upon receipt, the following guidelines govern the return and exchange process. All requests are reviewed with the same precision applied to the product itself.
Eligibility
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, exclusively under the following conditions — a size discrepancy, or a product received in damaged or defective condition.
Requests submitted outside this window, or for reasons beyond the above, will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be considered for return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed — with all original tags intact and returned in its original packaging.
Any product failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once received and approved upon inspection, the order may be exchanged for the same product in an alternate size, subject to availability — or resolved through the issuance of a credit note.
Exchange Rules
Exchanges are permitted for size replacements of the same product only. Should the requested size be unavailable, a credit note will be issued in its place.
One exchange request is permitted per order.
Credit Notes
Zaurelle does not process refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are resolved through the issuance of a credit note, redeemable against future orders placed through the official Zaurelle platform.
Initiate a Request
All return and exchange requests must be directed through the Zaurelle Concierge within the specified window. Further instructions will be provided upon approval.
