Zaurelle operates a credit-based returns system. All approved returns are resolved through the issuance of a credit note — redeemable against future orders placed exclusively through the official Zaurelle platform.

Issuance

Once a returned product is received and approved upon inspection, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued.

The credit note will be communicated to the registered email address on file.

Validity

Credit notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and must be applied within this period.

Expired credit notes will not be reissued or extended under any circumstance.

Usage

The credit note may be applied toward any product available on the official Zaurelle platform and must be redeemed at checkout when placing a new order.

Should the order value exceed the credit note amount, the remaining balance must be settled at the time of purchase.

Limitations

Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

One credit note may be applied per order.

Responsibility

Zaurelle is not responsible for credit notes that are lost, expired, or unused.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the credit note is redeemed within the stated validity period.
